Is it really free to start?

Yes. You can sign up with just an email, no card needed. You get 25 free explanations every month on the Free plan.
How is this different from Google Translate or ChatGPT?

Google Translate converts words. ChatGPT gives you a generic answer. LLH Tutor knows your native language, your English level and your goals. It uses all of that to explain things in a way that actually makes sense for you specifically. It's the difference between a dictionary and a personal tutor.
What languages do you support?

LLH Tutor is designed for speakers of Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Polish, Italian, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Tagalog and more. If your language isn't on the list, you can add it manually.
What English level does it work for?

LLH Tutor works for learners from A2 upward. At A2 (Elementary) you'll get clear, simple explanations. From B1 through C1, explanations get progressively richer with cultural context and nuance.
Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. LLH Tutor is fully mobile-optimised and works on any browser. You can also add it to your home screen as a web app (PWA) for a native app experience.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your settings anytime with no questions asked. No contracts, no hidden fees.
How do I save words I learn?

After each explanation, you can save the word or phrase to your vocabulary. Saved items are reviewed using spaced repetition so you actually remember them.
Can I get voice feedback?

Yes, but only on Pro and Unlimited plans. Record yourself speaking and get detailed feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and fluency.
What is the Unlimited plan?

The Unlimited plan gives you everything: unlimited explanations, voice analysis, pronunciation coaching, scenario practice for roleplay, and access to 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If LLH Tutor is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment. We do not normally provide refunds for later renewals or partially used billing periods, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
